Marketing Coordinator

Town Center at Boca Raton is looking for an energetic, hands-on marketing team member who loves bringing the shopping center to life. This role is about doing, not just planning: creating the look and feel of the center's common areas and running the seasonal and family events that bring shoppers in and keep them coming back. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Set up and run seasonal guest experiences, including Santa and the Easter Bunny - Plan and execute events in the children's play area - Source and set up décor for common-area tables and spaces so the center looks inviting all year - Work with the maintenance team on event setup and breakdown - Support the center's broader marketing activities WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - High energy and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves personality - Enjoys the creative and practical side of marketing: décor, displays, events and guest experiences - Comfortable working with families and children at events - Organized and able to juggle several events and projects at once - Friendly and outgoing with shoppers, tenants and vendors
