- Platform-wide matching: Free for your first 2 roles. Each includes up to 4 accepted connections.
- Unlimited platform-wide: $99/month per role. Includes unlimited connections. Your first month includes a one-time $100 activation fee ($199 total). Cancel anytime.

What's the difference between a hiring event role and platform-wide matching?
A hiring event role is matched only with job seekers attending that event, and it's free with no limit on connections. Platform-wide matching puts your role in front of every job seeker on JobCommander who fits it, whether or not they're at an event.
What counts as a connection?
A job seeker you've accepted, or who has accepted your invite. Once you're connected, you can see their full profile, message them and schedule meetings.
What happens when I upgrade a role?
That role gets unlimited connections right away. Once you upgrade any role, your remaining free platform-wide roles no longer apply, so use your free ones first.
Can I turn off a paid role?
Yes, anytime. The role is hidden right away and billing stops at the end of the current month. Turning it back on later starts a new first month at $199.
Do job seekers ever pay?
Never for JobCommander. Some hiring events charge their own registration fee, set by the organizer.
How does pricing work for event organizers?
